Onboarding & Fit Check
Once you have chosen your candidate, we initiate a structured, tailored onboarding process complete with clear Key Performance Indicators.
Onboarding is followed by a six-week paid fit check period with documented outcomes. This approach leads to a smooth integration and a mutual understanding of success.
